Delivery Information

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or have them shipped directly to your doorstep, within Australia. We use Australia Post to make sure your orders get to you efficiently and safely. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and approximate delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Privacy Policy
1. We receive collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect; purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, and page interaction information. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedbacks, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile”.
2. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We assume that you agree to the collection of your personal information and that it will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
3. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Communications - We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.”
5. Please note: Third Party Services (Such as Google Analytics or applications offered through the Wix App Market) placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s
services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. Such practices are not covered by the Wix Privacy Policy.​

Returns Policy
Going Potty and it's suppliers comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines regarding product returns, replacement and refunds. Please note:

All claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and accompanied by an invoice showing proof of purchase from Going Potty with Gavin and Ros.

The Customer is responsible for returning the product to the wholesaler if it can be posted or easily returned.

In the case of defective items, a replacement item will be given where stock permits.

When a replacement cannot be supplied and/or a major problem with the product is identified we will provide a full refund.

Damaged Stock
Going Potty offers credit returns where the product:

Has been damaged in transit.

Is supplied incorrectly.

Has encountered a major failure and is not suitable for the purpose it was sold for.

Is preceded by an email to sales.goingpotty@gmail.com . For speedy processing of credits, ensure original invoice numbers are supplied for each item.
Credits will NOT be given where:

The product was NOT purchased from Going Potty with Gavin and Ros.

The invoice relating to the credit is MORE than12 months old.

The Customer account is OUTSIDE trading terms.
